How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business day, and delivery across France typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We offer free standard shipping, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on the way.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes! You have 30 days to return any item that is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are available depending on stock. If the return is due to a product defect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at support@emily-davies.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and, if eligible, send a return label.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and Venmo for secure and convenient checkout. All transactions are processed in GBP (£).

Do you ship internationally?
